10 Franchises per Segment from 10 different segment in each region (3) i.e. 10x10x3=300 franchise (Total)
10 Policies per Franchise per Quarter (in three months) per region (10x1x100 = 1000 policy per region per quarter) & 3 regions so (1000 policy per region per quarter x 3 regions=3000 policies per quarter.
Recruit, Train, Retain & Reinstate.
Continuously arrange Motivational seminars, training & developmental programs for my franchise owner.
Generate Leads, Understand the Need, Give solution to their need, Build relationships in a friend & family manner, get references , follow up, and Close the call.
